This information may be combined with other information about you or your household that is obtained from third parties to provide you with a more personalized service.
  • Enphase: If you purchase a Sunpro system, and you register for the Enphase online monitoring service (MyEnlighten), you will also be able to review the performance of your Sunpro system on your personal Enphase monitoring page. If you download the MyEnlighten Mobile Application, you will be able to view your personal Sunpro system statistics on your device and email links to your monitoring pages to friends. If you utilize the Enphase services, we may provide information related to your Sunpro system to Enphase, including Household Information. Enphase’s collection and use of your information is solely the responsibility of Enphase, in accordance with the Enphase Privacy Policy.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
